It looks like an antique typical ibizan country villa but it’s a newly built house, built entirely of stone with wooden ceilings (savine and olive tree wood), with low doors and antique ibizan furnishings with an Asian touch. Large front terrace with chill out bed where you only hear the birds. A luxury house with the comforts of today. Just 4.5 km. to Benirras beach, one of the last natural beaches of Ibiza without ugly apartment blocks around. At only 7 km. the famous hippy market ‘Las Dalias’ with daily activities. And the north is famous for having the best restaurants throughout the island.

Spectacular 8×4 m. swimming pool. 20.000 m² surrounded by almond, olive and carob trees on terraces running down a beautiful valley towards the village of Sant Miquel. Facing west with a great open view over ‘Es Pla Roig’ (Sant Miquel red soil valley), a very quiet and protected area.

Please note that the outdoor teak summer furniture, such as sun loungers, balinese bed and downstairs table and chairs, plus the wicker pool chillout table and armchairs, are in storage from Nov 1st until April 30th due to high winds, rain and night time humidity which is the normal during this period of time.

Downstairs Bedroom  – 2 Single Bed 1’90×0’90m. , Self contained Studio-Bedroom

  • Upstairs: bedroom with double bed and a 3 door wardrobe with a beautiful window facing sunset.
  • Downstairs: studio-bedroom, not communicated from the interior, with two single beds, its own bathroom on-suite, double wardrobe, little fridge, TV, Sat., microwave . A/C. Terrace.
  • In the living room, around the fire place, we have a built-in sofa in “U” shape wich can be slept on if needed. An extra single bed is also available…

Bathroom Upstairs: Toilet , Bath with Shower , Bidet , Sink, Hair Dryer. Towels. Just before, on the right side you have the little laundry room with the washing machine, a little wardrobe for extra towels, the heater, and another sink.
Bathroom Dowstairs – Toilet , Bath with Shower , Bidet , Sink. Towels. On-suite, with stone walls. Antique Indonesian mirror.  The bathroom upstairs has a beautiful window facing sunset and a bigger bath.  Downstairs is a bedroom-studio with a complete bathroom on-suite, totally independent from upstairs, with A/C.

Common rooms

The kitchen is equipped with hob-oven, tall fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, blender, cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc.

The house has central heating upstairs and a warm/cold air unit downstairs. It’s built with wide stone walls, in the traditional style, which keeps it cooler than brick built houses.

Beautiful virgin countryside which can only be found in the north of Ibiza, the house is set in 20,000m2 of private land, which is divided by the traditional and historic Ibizan terraces. The land has mainly olive, carob and almond trees. Immediately surrounding the house is an immaculately kept garden with bouganvillea and palm trees, there are also many fruit trees from orange, lemon, cherry and fig to pomegranate, apricot and plum to name but a few!

Impressive cliffs on the Sant Miquel West Coast where the beautiful Hotel Hacienda is. The fisherman cove of Portixol 15 min by car. The slightly busier Port of Sant Miquel Beach with many restaurants, bars, pubs, souvenir shops, mini-golf, tennis courts etc. only 10 min away. Benirras Beach, don’t miss the drum playing during Sunday sunsets. Fantastic place to relax, go trekking, enjoy the fantastic cuisine at the local restaurants. Discover the northern beaches such as Portinatx and Aguas Blancas.

San Miguel village is 1 mile away, just 5 minutes by car or 10-15 mins walking, where you’ll find all local amenities. Ibiza Town is approx. 10 miles away or 20 mins by car. Sta. Eulalia and San Antonio are also about 20 mins drive away.

The closest beaches are Benirras, famous for it’s sunset drum parties, and San Miguel Port, both of which offer excellent fish restaurants. The Saturday Hippy Market ‘Las Dalias’ in San Carlos is a 15 min drive and the Cala Llonga golf course is an approx. 20 min. drive.

Golf: Roca LLisa Golf Course is only 13 km. away, in Sta. Eulalia, near Cala Llonga Beach resort. And in Sant Miquel Port you have ‘Mini Golf’.

PRICES: From 1000€/week to 2800€/week. Down payment 25% by regular bank transfer, PayPal or the Transferwise system. Remaining 75% on arrival + 500€ (or Pounds) returnable deposit. Minimum reservation 1 week. Bookings preferably from Saturday to Saturday. 
  Special Winter Offer: From 1st Nov. to 30th March, 9000€ for the full period with all the expenses included (also de propane gas for heating and wifi).
 
   During the winter season we charge 100€/week for extra single bed / cot.
